Philosophical understanding of the category «perfectionism»: in the context of studying the personality of ATS employee

The This article presents some aspects of the philosophical understanding of perfectionism. Overcoming the tendency prevailing in a number of scientific studies of the excess of the negative aspects of this phenomenon over the positive manifestation of perfectionism, the author appeals to the question of the appropriateness of a balanced approach to assessing the behavioral style of an employee of the internal affairs bodies, characterized by punctuality and accuracy of their actions.
