Filtering images by the conversion method

The article considers an algorithm for image filtering. Implemented in C # for later use in neural networks. To use neural networks in image recognition, a large number of computational operations are necessary. Applying image filtering methods and selected elements helps to reduce the amount of customizable weights and, therefore, to perform fewer calculations.
