Financing of the priority national project «Health» realization in the region

The urgency and importance of the program-target method realization of financing and budgetary funds use based on the example of the priority national project «Health» are revealed. The scheme of federal and regional financing of the national project «Health» activities in Volgograd region is presented. Some recommendations aimed at the project funds efficiency and the transparency increases are offered.
