Financing of social policy in Russia

The article analyzes the basics of the functioning of social policy in Russia. The mechanism of formation of public consumption funds and state funds is considered. The main functions of the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund are presented. It is told about the centralized and decentralized funds of social sphere financing.
