Financial security in the regional economic security system

The article highlights the problems of regional financial security formation. Threats and challenges to financial security at the regional level are indicated. Issues of budget security are noted. The basic trends and threats to the organization of budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are determined. The author analyzes such threats to budgetary security as debt, the imbalance of regional budgets, the high level of dependence of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation on the federal budget, the insufficient efficiency of the state financial control system, etc., as well as measures to neutralize them.
