Financial security measures for environmental safety

Research, the analysis and generalization of processes of forming of the economic mechanism of an ecological safety in the oil and gas industry, and also reasons for the directions of enhancement of economic levers concerning reduction of environmental pollution by this industry. The principle of environmental management, paid, compensatory on content, with creation of system of the corresponding payments became a basis for forming of the economic mechanism of ensuring expanded reproduction of natural resources, their protection, regulation of rational use. As constituting elements of the economic mechanism of environmental management allocate: an economic evaluation of natural resources, a payment for their use and determination of the economic losses caused to the national economy by pollution of the surrounding environment.
