Financial policy in the conditions of the world economic crisis

The paper studies major ways in rethinking macroeconomic policy under current conditions. Crucial changes to design financial policy are outlined. A necessity is highlighted to shift priorities in macroeconomic regulation to the advantage of the financial policy. In the conclusion, authors draw a conclusion that modern methods and means of countercyclical regulation provide a complex system of a leverage over market conditions. Components of this system differ not only force and the direction of influence on the set of business activity but also on spheres of their application.
