Financial sustainability of organizations as the basis of state agricultural policy

The article justifies a necessity of development of a new mechanism of agricultural management, aimed at increasing the profitability of agricultural organizations. To do this, the state of the state support of agriculture of the Novosibirsk region: allocation of budget to support agriculture, the share of agriculture in gross regional product, the yield and profitability of agricultural producers. Comparing the state of agriculture of the Novosibirsk region in 1990 and 2013-2014 in key areas: livestock cattle, crop area, production of milk, the volume of gross output of agriculture in the region. All the data indicate the need to adjust policy to support agriculture in the direction of increase of profitability and financial stability of organizations.
