Financial sustainability of regional capital repair operators: possible indicators and requirements

Based on a study of a number of financial institutions that attract funds from citizens, the authors propose indicators of the financial stability of regional operators of capital repairs of apartment buildings and the requirements for the activities of such operators related to ensuring their financial stability. Test financial modeling confirmed the applicability of the proposed indicators for assessing the financial stability of regional operators and choosing the optimal scenario for changing the parameters of regional capital repair programs.
