The financial dependence of the judiciary

The article deals with the problem of financial dependence of judges in the Russian Federation. The purpose of this scientific article is to determine the need for more effective funding of the judiciary. In the course of the work, factual data were taken into account, emphasizing the financial dependence of judges. It should also be noted that an integral part of this work was the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation. The article analyzes the regulatory and scientific basis of court financing, offers the best ways to solve the problems. It is noted that it is difficult to address the issue of the criterion of the sufficiency of funding to ensure the independence of justice. The article also reflects the views of scientists on the problem. The result of writing this scientific article is a proposal for changes. One of which is aimed at improving the efficiency of justice. It should be noted that the second change will contribute to the observance of the principle of independence of judges.
