Financial and legal regulation of the interbudgetary relations in the system of reform of local government in Russia

In article questions the concerning regulations of the interbudgetary relations are considered. Characteristics of the strategy of development for the budgetary federalism are analysed. Need of introduction necessary change in the budgetary legislation is revealed and reasonable so that they have made uniform internally consistent system.
