Financial and legal regulation of public audit (control) in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the financial and legal regulation of the system of public audit (control) in the Russian Federation. The author considers the legal framework of parliamentary control implementation by the Chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The article reviews the legislative shaping of the uniform system of public audit aimed to support the implementation of the end-to-end monitoring of application of funds of a consolidated budget of the Russian Federation.
