Article is devoted to consideration of system of the higher education. In article the priority status of education as object of financial provision is reasonable, features of financial provision of education are studied, the mechanism of financial provision of the higher education is researched, the analysis of financial provision of the higher education in the Russian Federation is carried out. Methods of increase of financial provision of education have determined the educational credit and the possible directions by enhancement of the tax legislation of the highest educational institutions
