Financial improvement in the law on bankruptcy of physical persons

This article refers to the disadvantages of bankruptcy procedures individuals and compares citizen of bankruptcy proceedings and bankruptcy of legal entities. We present a number of proposals and carried out analysis of the legislation on bankruptcy (inconsistency). It is carried out comparisons of provisions of the bankruptcy law in the Russian Federation and the international legal acts.
