Financial aspects of economic development of regions on the basis of increasing the activity of the business sector (on the materials of the Rostov region)

The successful economic development of the regions through the development of the business environment for over 20 years, are a priority of the economic policy of the country. However, at present this area acquires a special status due to a number of economic and political events: first of all, this change affiliate locations of participating countries of the global economic system and, secondly, is approaching the point when the economy is built on the sale of energy begins its decline and end of the inertial process.
