The article deals with problems of the development of the technological innovations in market conditions. The author considered some peculiarities of the formation process of the financial component of the market infrastructure of technological innovations in the USA. He reveals the key role of the small venture-capital investors institute in providing the technological innovations process continuousness as well as in coordination of innovation-investment processes correlation, and expresses his opinion concerning the methodology of conducting research works in this sphere.
