Financial instruments of small business’ development state support in the Russian Federation

The article analyzes the current state of the state financial support for small business entities system. Problems in the functioning of the Institute of small entrepreneurship in Russia are identified. The assessment of the financial infrastructure institutions activities for small businesses development is relieved. The expediency of further development of mechanisms and financial tools for small business regulation with emphasis on state support and implementation of Federal and regional programs is implemented.
