Financial instruments of the Russian economy modernization

The essence of processes of diversification, modernization, an innovatization is analyzed, hierarchy and interrelation of these concepts also comes to light. The question of readiness of modern Russia for innovative diversification of economy is basic. In other words whether allows to provide the available level of modernization of the Russian Federation by diversification transition to new forms of innovative development.
