Financial pyramids: definition, history, fraud

The article aims to consider the structure of the financial pyramid. The facts and reasons for the rapid growth of the number of financial pyramids are presented. Despite the fact that people are aware of the existence of this type of fraud, they are still victims of such systems. The purpose of this work - to determine the essence of the creation of financial pyramids and help the population to save their money without investing them in questionable projects that may be financial pyramids. A pyramid scheme is a peculiar system of fraud. The consequences of the creation of financial pyramids is clear to all, it is illegal to make a profit. And like any other crime, its creation is a criminal offence (Art. 172.2 " Organization of activities to attract funds and (or other property)").
