Financial literacy for young people

The article discusses forms and methods of teaching youth financial literacy. A survey conducted shows that students are not satisfied with school activities for increasing financial literacy. For improvement offinancial literacy, however, one needs new forms and methods of teaching. They should consider peculiarities and interests of contemporary youth. As possible forms of improving financial literacy, communicative tournaments, creation of thematic videos and Internet resources, and project activities are proposed.
