Financial control of state (municipal) purchases at the planning stage

The article discusses the features of the existing contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs and control issues in this system. The features of the contract system were studied, the types and mechanism of control in the field of procurement were analyzed and systematized. According to the results of the study, the control system is detailed by the customer.
