Financial control: challenges of the shadow economy and the financialization of reproduction

The purpose of the article is to determine the priorities for the development of financial control. The analysis of the problem showed that financial control faces two large-scale challenges - the need to extend it to the sphere of the shadow economy and to the processes of financialization of reproduction. As the main idea of the article, the substantiation of the possibility of becoming a universal nature of financial control through digital technologies of a distributed registry, including blockchain, is presented. On this technological basis, it is possible to form an effective response from the financial control to the challenges that come from the shadow economy and the processes of financialization.
