Financial mechanism of social protection of women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum periods

The possibility of setting up a special Maternity Fund of the RF in the system of extra-budgetary funds of the RF has been studied. The main functions and the sources of funding (insurance contributions of employers and tax on childlessness) of this fund have been analyzed. Possible options of social protection of women during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum periods have been suggested.
