Finances of the Russian Pension Fund and problems of balancing them

The relevance of the topic of this study is conditioned by the presence of acute discussion issues related to balancing the budget of the Pension Fund of Russia for further reforming the pension system. The article analyzes the main budget indicators of the Fund - revenues, expenditures, interbudgetary transfers and budget deficit. In the conclusion of the study the measures for the execution of the budget balance of the Fund are proposed.
