Corporate auto-centers: ways to remain competitive

The unstable economic situation and the sharp decline in the ruble had a negative impact on the volume of demand for primary products of auto dealers. The article considers such a challenge faced by the Russian corporate auto-centers in the current situation as the preservation of competitiveness. The authors show that shifting of priorities to the promotion of maintenance for post-warranty vehicles will allow the auto centers to retain existing customers and attract new ones. It is argued that it has a positive impact on the financial results of auto-centers' operation and competitiveness and does not entail change in the material and technical basis and human resources.
