Biofungicides based on Trichoderma viride and natural minerals (zeolite (0.2 and 0.04 mm), diatomite, glauconite and sapropel) have been created. A phytopathological examination of the seeds of a wheat seeds (Ulyanovska-105 variety) was carried out during the germination for 7 days in rolls of filter paper. It has been established that the total infection of untreated seeds is 36.0 %. The surface of wheat seeds is populated with pathogens: Fusarium - 4.0 %, Alternaria - 2.0 %, bacteriosis - 8.0 %, molds are covered with 24.0 % of the analyzed seeds. In all variants with seed treatment with modified biological products, there are no diseases caused by pathogenic fungi. So, the experimental variants are characterized by a high percentage of seed and root fouling with micromycete Trichoderma. Thus, during the phytopathological examination of seeds treated with modified biofungicides, the absence of dangerous and common diseases such as Fusarium, Alternaria and Helminthosporiasis was noted.
