Phytosanitary monitoring of the basic diseases on soybean in the Krasnodar region

One of the most important stages of any agricultural crop production, including soybean, is usage of safety methods basing on an integral plant protection. And determination of pathogens causing the decrease of crop seed yield and quality is one of the general directions. A system of protection measures is based on a monitoring of pathogens that helps to summarize data about existing objects and to propose the further most rational methods of preventive and protecting actions. Climate changes increase risks of some soybean diseases prevalence, so it is necessary to detect phytosanitary state of soybean agrocoenosis in the Krasnodar region. Some of earlier described pathogens have not been already so actual and dangerous for soybean, they do not exceed dangerous levels to apply protective chemicals in sowings during vegetation. Monitoring for the last eight years showed the most developing diseases in current time which must be inspected in conditions of the Krasnodar region to predict overruns of dangerous levels: fusarium wilt (pathogen - fungi of Fusarium spp.), charcoal rot (pathogen - Macrofomina faseolina (Tassi) Goid.), on leaves - downy mildew (pathogen - Peronospora manshurica (Naum.) Syd.), Cercospora blight (pathogen - Cercospora kikuchii (Matsuet Tomoyasu) Yardn), bacterial blight (pathogens - Pseudomonas, Xanthomonas, Erwinia), and a pathogen infecting pods - anthracnose (Colletotrichum glycines Hori (C. truncatum (Schw.) Andrus et W.D. Moore).
