The evaluation of agroecological soil health was important to evaluate the influence of the intensification of the level of soil phytotoxicity. Based on the biotest to determine phytotoxicity of leached chernozem in the long-term (25 years long) stationary experiments marked by weak phytotoxicity effect in some variants, as a rule, with an increased in the number of soil fungi, or after treatment with herbicides crops, but within 20%. In 2012 in an variant of straw in the phase of earing and ripening of spring barley was observed a decrease in root radish compared with the control soil. There was decrease the length root of the test-crop on the N18P42 options and N18P42 + straw in 2013 the phase of ripening grain of spring barley, fertilizer control in this phase there was a surge of fungi population (30% compared to control). Manifested weakly expressed phytotoxic effect in the tillering phase in 2014 on option inoculation with respect to clean water and soil control, possibly due to the processing of crops with herbicide. The coefficient of mineralization in this variant was higher than one (substantial flow of crop residues) may, therefore, there was some reduction in the length of the length root. However, the phase of grain ripening, the oppression of the length roots of seedlings were found. The data of mathematical processing showed the presence of the average correlation (r = 0,40) between the length root and the number of soil fungi in 2013, in 2012 and 2014. connection absent (r = 0,05 and r = 0,04 respectively).
