The article raises an urgent problem that is associated with the prevention of stressful conditions among law enforcement officers in the course of their official activities. The mechanism of stress in employees and the causes of its occurrence are shown. Some effective methods and methods for preventing stress in humans, as well as preventing their occurrence under various circumstances, are discussed.
