Physical culture as a factor of socialization of students

Socialization is a process of occurrence of a young man in the social environment, assimilation of existing relationships and connections, mastering by skills of activities. Social norms and rules as social patterns are acquired in the most difficult way. The principle of activity approach to the analysis of development of the personality in the course of socialization is evidence-based and proved in practice. This approach assumes independent participation of a young man in various branches of social activities, including the sphere of physical culture. However, social values can be acquired also by means of various forms and methods of education directed at comprehensive, harmonious and complete formation of personal qualities, which define social status and social orientation. The physical culture is one of the most important factors of formation and self-improvement of the identity of the young man, of socialization of student youth in general.
