Adolescence is often defined as the most difficult and at the same time the most important stage of personality development. The leading activity of adolescents is interpersonal communication, which results in their dependence on the opinions of the environment. In order to attract attention or gain approval from peers, adolescents tend to do rash acts. Antisocial behavior during this period of development is to a small extent characteristic of many adolescents, as a variant of the norm. But in situations where personality development occurs unplanned or under adverse conditions, there may be cases of demonstrative aggression and cruelty on the part of a teenager. The topic is relevant for our days, since with the advent of the global network "Internet" the risk of a negative impact on the development of adolescents increases. In this article, we tried to understand the effectiveness of physical education as a way to correct the behavior of "difficult" adolescents, as well as reduce the risk of cases of antisocial behavior in children of this age.
