The article considers the importance of physical culture in maintaining and strengthening health. The role of physical culture in improving the performance of students with vegetative-vascular dystonia is analyzed. The effectiveness of physical therapy is revealed. A complex of breathing exercises and a complex of physical therapy for VSD is presented. Methods of physical culture that contribute to the prevention and treatment of VSD are identified.
