Physical activity as a means of combating apathy and anxiety in students

Every year the cult of a healthy lifestyle and taking care of your body is growing. Many people try to monitor not only physical, but also mental health. People are more and more faced with changes in their emotional state, loss of strength, insomnia, stress. Students are most often exposed to such concepts as anxiety and apathy. This article discusses the symptoms and features of these negative phenomena. The results of a survey of 3rdyear students of VGSPU to identify the most popular type of physical activity to combat anxiety are presented. The reasons for the positive effects of physical exercises, namely yoga, strength training, aerobic exercise, active games, have been identified. The article also presents several recommendations for dealing with psychological problems of students.
