Physical training in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia as one of the means of adaptation of students to professional activity

This article examines the impact of physical training of cadets and trainees in terms of their adaptation to professional activities. The adaptation of cadets of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation to the specifics of their professional activities differs significantly from the adaptation of students of civilian universities. From the first days of their training, cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia have already begun to perform their official duties, such as daily outfits, strict daily routines, subordination to the charter of the educational organization, increased physical exertion, study and practice combat techniques of wrestling. Successful training in an educational organization and further service depend on the physical characteristics and qualities of cadets. Physical training is a discipline that accompanies cadets from the beginning of their studies to graduation, that is, from the 1st to the 5th year. It is physical training that helps cadets develop all the qualities necessary for professional activity, which emphasizes its key role in the educational process and beyond.
