Physical properties of the sparkling wine materials received from grapes, growing in central and south Dagestan

Results of studying the physical properties of wine materials from Rkatsiteli growing in South and Central Dagestan are presented in article. The wine materials received in the foothills, have the best characteristics of physical properties that promotes receiving high-quality champagne.
