The article considers the influence of physical exercises on the well-being of students; the relationship between physical activity and students ' performance during exams. It also shows the means of physical culture that contribute to the effective intellectual performance of students in the process of their educational activities and preparation for the session. During the preparation period for passing tests and exams, students ' workload increases dramatically, and stressful situations associated with emotional experiences arise. To reduce the psychological burden, it is necessary to use various methods. One of the most effective methods is the use of physical exercises to develop such physical qualities as strength, speed endurance, and general endurance. The right combination of time for physical and mental work also gives a good effect.
