Physical capital of Russian regions: diagnostics and development prospects

The article considers the fundamental scientific problem on development of the methodical device of an assessment of physical capital of Russian regions for the definition of state regional policy principles keeping an increment of national wealth and sustainable development of Russian territories. In the course of work there were obtained the diagnostic picture for the period of 2000-2010 and the forecast of physical capital of constituent entities of the Russian Federation till 2020.
