Among all the variety of means of baby and infant physical education, parents prefer more dynamic baby gymnastics. Unlike traditional exercises recommended by pediatricians for babies and infants, dynamic gymnastics stimulate child’s muscle activity and strength the vestibular apparatus. The article presents the results of the study conducted to define the effectiveness of dynamic baby gymnastics which prove its benefits for baby and infant physical development.
