Physical-educational sports facilities as a key factor of the development of physical education and sport in Krasnodar region

The given paper is aimed at the research of normative need in physical-educational sports facilities. The results of this work involve working out recommendations directed at the widening of the sphere of services. This activity will contribute to increasing peoples interests in physical education and sports practice. Methods of economics are the basic ones for such kind of a research. The main results prove that working out social norms and the real populations needs in getting services in the sphere of physical education and sport are necessary for the perfection of the investitional policy, providing the development of material-technical base in the field of physical education and sport.
