Fluctuation volume of metallic glasses in vitrification

For metallic glasses, the share of the fluctuation volume frozen at the glass transition temperature coincides with the data for amorphous organic polymers and other glassy systems. Approximately the same energy of excitation of the kinetic units is responsible for the viscous (15-25 kJ /mol) and for inorganic glasses. Fluctuation volume in the model presented by the excited state is identical fluctuation free volume and eliminates the contradictions and shortcomings inherent to the notion in the interpretation of a number of experimental facts.
