Silk Road fund: main directions and results of activity

December 29, 2017 will be exactly three years since the foundation of the Silk Road Fund. In this article, we analyze the work of the fund in the first three years of work, emphasize what difficulties the fund faces in the process of work, what its originally stated features were and how this fund differs from others in practice.
