The problem of adaptation of disabled persons to normal life in the society of healthy people has recently become of particular importance. This is due to the changed socio-political and economic conditions, the increase in the number of persons with disabilities and their social problems, society's need for the humanization of human relations to people who were born or became disabled. The achievement of full social adaption is a practically significant result social security of persons with disabilities. Important direction shall be providing disabled persons with technical means of rehabilitation and prosthetic and orthopedic care.
