The main focus of the study is the work of gastronomy journalists as an effective tool for improving the situation and solving a number of social problems such as food crisis, food waste, reduced living standards. The study is of interdisciplinary nature, touching upon the issues of economics, journalism, medicine, as well as the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the food crisis.
