Form of a civil contract

The article deals with the provisions on the constitutional value of the form of civil contract for its subsequent signing. The analysis of the norms of civil law on the forms of transactions and the legal consequences of its failure, as well as the consistency of these rules and principles with the provisions of the civil code on the form of the contract in General and certain types of contracts. Approaches to the solution of the designated problem, including differentiation of the terms "implementation" and "conclusion" of the civil contract are recommended. The legal consequences of non-compliance with the requirements to the form of civil contract are determined.
