The form and content of the contract of carriage of goods and passengers

The article is devoted to the study of the form and content of the contract for the carriage of goods and passengers. The issue of the form of transportation documents is relevant due to the distribution of electronic invoices along with ordinary ones, i.e., material or "paper" waybills. Moreover, they are becoming more and more popular every year. As a rule, the contract for the carriage of goods is concluded in advance, until the moment when the transportation process begins directly. The author comes to the conclusion that this moment is the moment of conclusion of the contract of carriage.
