Form and substance: "cultural constants" under changing socialization conditions

Results of two experimental studies (2000 and 2017) are compared to show time differences in the meaning of words denoting cultural concepts. These differences are connected with changing socialization conditions, educational system in particular. Defective inner grammar leads to inability to give meaning definition due to poor background knowledge and emotional scarcity and is the basis of functional illiteracy.
