Form of training process organisation as factor of education quality: regional aspect

On the basis of a sociological research conducted by the Volga-Vyatka Academy of State Service (Nizhny Novgorod) organisation of training process on the basis of the comparison of its different forms: semester, module and distance has been analysed.
