Formal and informal political practices of the modern political process

The article studies the category of «political process» which can be formed by the summed up conscious intentions of political entities and diverse natural impacts. The impact of political subjects, when the political process eliminates any specified or predetermined character in the development of events and the emphasis is made on the practical modifications of the phenomena, is considered. The analysis of political process through the movement, dynamics, evolution of the political phenomena, specific change of their status in time and space is carried out.
