Formation of adaptation potential of pupils in physical

The summary. Character of interaction of an organism with environment is caused by a functional condition of an organism. In many respects it is defined by a condition of mechanisms of its regulation which is responsible for features of reaction to influence of external adverse factors. The problem of employment by physical exercises consists not only in achievement of high level of functional readiness, but also maintenance of readiness of an organism to proper response to external influences.
