Forming of algorithms on the basis of fundamental principles and methods of mathematic modeling

The author on the basis of methods applied for handling the problem of optimal stabilization of a manifold system with overlapping decompositions with the use of basic principles and methods of mathematic modeling provides an algorithm to solve the above problem.
